Returning International Student Reporting for SEVIS Registration

Fill out this form when you return for every Spring or Fall Semester. If Summer is your final semester, you must be registered Active in SEVIS in the summer as well. Report your address, change of major, or if have had significant changes in your financial information. You are required by law to updated your address within 10 days of any change. Failure to update your address is a violation of your F1 status and may have a negative immigration impact.
You will not be registered in SEVIS until you complete your reporting requirements and enroll in a full course of study. Undergraduate students must be enrolled in minimum 12 credit hours, and no more than 3 credit hours may be from online classes. Graduate students must be enrolled in minimum 9 credit hours, and no more than 3 credit hours may be from online classes. Zoom / webinar classes count as online classes as they do not require physical presence in the classroom.
