Donations received after this date may be featured in the 2026 event. Your Support of SWOSU student-athletes is greatly appreciated.

TERMS:

All donated items become the property of the SWOSU Foundation; the Foundation reserves the right to refuse any donation and group items from various donors in bid packages.
Gift certificates must be redeemable for at least one year from the auction date, which is held on August 9, 2025.
The stated value/availability of the donated item is the sole responsibility of the donor. The donor's failure to meet stated deadlines will result in limited publicity.

Donations to SWOSU are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Southwestern Oklahoma State University Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; Federal I.D. #73-1024870. Consult your tax advisor regarding your specific tax situation.
