The Annual SWOSU Research and Scholarly Activity Fair is set for April 23, 2026 from 12:00 - 3:00 PM in the SWOSU Pioneer Event Center. The abstract submission deadline is April 1. Please fill out the following form with your poster or presentation information. Due to limited space for presentations other than posters (i.e., readings, music performances, talks), selection for these will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please only submit one form per presentation, and please note that this submission is final. Contact osp@swosu.edu or ursac@swosu.edu with any questions.

Poster Presentation*

- "Poster Presentation" means the presenter will be using a poster board provided by SWOSU to attach their printed poster or printed slides. Laptops are not allowed at this session.
Long Format Oral Presentation**

- "Long Format Oral Presentation" means the presenter will be presenting their research in the in a public speaking environment where they will have up to 10 minutes of monologue and up to 5 minutes of Q/A. They will be able to use a computer and projector to show their visual aid (PowerPoint).
Short Format Oral Presentation***

- "Short Format Oral Presentation" means the presenter will be presenting their research in the in a public speaking environment where they will have up to 5 minutes of monologue and up to 2 minutes of Q/A. They will be able to use a computer and projector to show their visual aid (PowerPoint).
